Turning a Growing Scholarship Platform Into a Structured Public Hub

Scholarship Region connects students with funded study opportunities around the world and has built a large audience around scholarship discovery and education resources.

The team needed a public platform that could organise scholarships, study-destination guides and resource materials in a way that was easy for students to understand and search.

The platform also needed to give the Scholarship Region team control over content updates without requiring them to write code or rely on a developer every time a scholarship, institution or resource needed to be added or changed.

Nerdbug designed and developed a WordPress platform that brings Scholarship Region’s scholarship listings, destination information, resources and impact data into one public website. The platform was structured so students can move quickly from the homepage into relevant scholarship opportunities, while the Scholarship Region team can manage and update content through WordPress.
